What is ILTM Cannes?
ILTM Cannes, the International Luxury Travel Market, is the end-of-year show of the luxury travel trade, the flagship of the ILTM Collection according to its organiser. The 2026 edition takes place from 30 November to 3 December 2026 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, 1 boulevard de la Croisette. The organiser describes it as four days of pre-scheduled appointments, educational sessions, networking and parties, and states that the show facilitates over 85,000 pre-scheduled meetings each year.
On one side of the table sit the exhibitors: luxury hotels, exclusive experiences and destinations. On the other, the buyers who curate trips for high-net-worth travellers, and the press that writes about them. Appointments are booked in advance, so days run from early morning to late evening. The 2027 edition is expected in December 2027; the organiser has not yet published its dates.

ILTM Cannes closes the trade calendar every year in early December. Until the 2027 dates appear on iltm.com, the booking engine answers on any dates you type in, and a quote request lets a company reserve a set of apartments for the next edition ahead of general sale.
Open the booking engineWho comes to ILTM, and how long do they stay?
ILTM is a diary show: every participant arrives with a schedule of appointments fixed weeks before. Exhibitors, the hotels and destinations, send small teams of two to four people who set up on the Saturday or Sunday and receive buyers back to back until the Thursday. Buyers and travel advisors arrive on the Sunday evening at the latest, because the first meeting is on the Monday morning, and leave when the last one ends. Journalists and partners often cover only the opening days.
The consequence for accommodation is a stay of four to six nights for almost everyone, at the same moment, in a town that has already emptied of its summer visitors. The residence applies a minimum stay of 2 nights on these dates, and quiet matters more than anything else: a diary of fifteen-minute appointments is exhausting, and a sea-view apartment where nobody knocks on the door is the best way to be sharp on day four.

What is Cannes like in early December, during ILTM?
Early December is the calm season on the Riviera. The autumn congresses are over, the Croisette has its winter lights, and the town belongs to the people who live and work there. The Palais des Festivals stands at the western end of the Croisette, beside the Old Port, and ILTM fills it from the Monday to the Thursday with the badges of the luxury travel trade; restaurants around the port take their bookings for the show weeks earlier.
Our residence is in Cannes La Bocca, the seafront district west of the centre, 3 km from the Palais. In December you will not use the pools, which close with the season at the end of October, and the poolside restaurant and bar are closed too; what remains is what a delegate needs: the sea from the terrace at sunrise, a warm apartment, shops and a supermarket 300 m away, and the beach 100 m from the door for a walk before the first appointment.

- On site in DecemberGardens, terraces and sea views; the two outdoor pools and the poolside restaurant and bar are closed out of season (April to end of October)
Three practical tips for ILTM week in Cannes
Think in appointment slots, not in days. Your diary is the show. Choose accommodation that lets you leave at a fixed time every morning without a queue at a reception desk, and come back at midnight after a party without waking anyone: an apartment with its own entry code does exactly that.
Give yourself the Sunday. Landing on the Monday morning for a nine o'clock meeting is a gamble in December, when fog or a late flight can cost you the first block of appointments. Arriving on 2026-11-29 is what the pre-filled link proposes, and the minimum stay of 2 nights is easily covered.
Bring the team together after hours. Exhibitor teams debrief every evening: who was met, what was promised, which contract to follow up. A living room with a large table and a kitchen for a late supper beats three hotel rooms on three floors, and the invoice is a single document in the company's name.
Which apartment for an ILTM buyer, exhibitor or team?
Seven apartment types in one residence, each with a fitted kitchen and a balcony or terrace, most of them facing the sea. The figures below come from our official listings; every link opens the apartment's own page with photographs and live availability for the ILTM dates.
A travel advisor, a journalist, a tour operator's product manager
A studio facing the sea or a one-bedroom apartment: a desk for the evening notes, a kitchen for breakfast before the first slot, and silence. The sea-view studio is the smallest apartment with the best view in the residence.
A hotel's sales director and a colleague
A one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room lets one person take a call from head office while the other prepares the next presentation. The sea-view version is the apartment our returning ILTM guests ask for by name.
A destination's delegation, a hotel group's team
Two bedrooms or a duplex over two floors: private bedrooms for each member, one table for the nightly debrief, two bathrooms in the duplexes for the morning rush. One invoice per apartment, issued to the company.

What should an international ILTM delegate know before travelling?
ILTM draws buyers and hoteliers from every continent, and almost all of our guests that week arrive through Nice airport after a long journey. The residence is organised around that: no desk hours, documents your finance team can process, and a team that answers in English.
Entry by personal code, day and night
Your code arrives before the trip and opens a secure locker at the entrance holding your keys. Check-in starts at 5 pm on arrival day, with no closing time: a delayed connection changes nothing.
From Nice airport in the evening
The airport is 30 km away, about 25 minutes by taxi, or about 45 minutes by coach to Cannes station. Departure is before 10 am; a later check-out is possible on request when the next arrival allows it.
An invoice your accounts department accepts
Issued to the hotel, agency or destination that sends you, with French VAT itemised on its own line, sent by e-mail after the stay. A team can receive one invoice per apartment.
Card payment with bank authentication
International cards are accepted online through the authentication your issuer applies; a quote for a group is settled the same way. Nothing to pay in cash on site.
A phone team, in English
The residence has no on-site reception; our team takes calls on +33 4 89 41 29 30 and replies to messages in English and French, for a code, the car park or a change of dates during the show.
Kitchen, a table to work at, guest Wi-Fi
Each apartment has a fitted kitchen and space for a laptop and a diary. Guest Wi-Fi is available on site through paid passes by the hour, the day, the week or the month, plus a business plan; for video calls with head office, keep your mobile data as a second line.
Why would a luxury travel professional choose an apartment for ILTM?

People who sell luxury hotels for a living know exactly what a room on the Croisette costs during ILTM, and many of them still prefer to sleep elsewhere. The show is where they entertain; the apartment is where they recover. Here, 3 km from the halls, you get a bedroom that is not a meeting room, a kitchen so that a 7 am departure does not depend on a breakfast service, and a terrace facing the sea when the last party ends.
For a two-person exhibitor team the arithmetic is simple: one sea-view apartment instead of two rooms, one invoice, one entry code, and evenings spent preparing together instead of texting between floors. The minimum stay is 2 nights; beyond that, the calendar is yours.
How does a hotel group or a destination book for a whole team?
For up to seven colleagues, book the apartment online with the ILTM dates already in place. From eight people the group configurator combines several apartments in one basket, with the rates shown live; a delegation above eighty, staggered arrivals, invoices split by department or several cars to park are handled by a quote, answered within 48 working hours.
What a delegation booking covers
- Apartments grouped in the same residence, each with its own 24/7 entry code
- One named contact from the first e-mail to the last departure, in English or French
- Invoices issued to the company, French VAT itemised, split per apartment on request
- Underground parking spaces reserved with the stay for the team's vehicles
Before you book for ILTM Cannes
When should you book accommodation for ILTM Cannes 2026?
As soon as your appointment diary is confirmed by the organiser, which for most buyers and exhibitors happens in the autumn. Early December is quieter in Cannes than the congress weeks of October and November, so availability is better than for the spring markets, but the sea-view apartments large enough for a stand team are still the first to disappear. Our booking engine shows what is free with the ILTM dates already entered, from 2026-11-29 to 2026-12-03; if the type you want is taken, moving your arrival one day earlier often opens it. Companies that exhibit every year can ask us, through the quote form, to keep the same apartments for the following edition as soon as the organiser announces the 2027 dates, before those apartments go back on general sale for the winter.
Are the pools and the restaurant open during ILTM?
No, and we would rather say so than let you find out on arrival. The two outdoor pools and the poolside restaurant and bar operate in season, from April to the end of October; in early December they are closed. What you keep is the rest of the residence: the gardens, the terraces, the sea in front of the apartments, the underground car park, and the 24/7 entry by code. For meals, every apartment has a fitted kitchen, shops and a supermarket are 300 m away, and the restaurants of the Old Port and the town centre are 3 km along the seafront, the same trip as the Palais. Guests who want the pools should look at the spring and summer shows on the congress calendar instead; for ILTM, the terrace at sunrise is the reward, and it is a good one.
Can a hotel or a destination based abroad receive a proper invoice?
Yes. Give the legal name and address of the company at booking or in the quote request, and the invoice is issued to it with the French VAT shown on a separate line; our ILTM guests include hotels, tourist boards and agencies registered outside the European Union, and their accounts departments receive the document by e-mail once the stay is over. For a delegation you can choose one invoice per apartment or a single consolidated invoice. Payment is made by card online, with the authentication your bank requires, or against the quote for a group. Whether that VAT can be reclaimed in your own country is a matter for your accountant, not something we can promise; what we do provide to every company, whatever its country of registration, is a complete and itemised document, sent to the address you give us.
