The bedroom is the whole point: parents put the children to sleep in the living area, close the door, and keep the evening for themselves, or the other way round. Everything is on one level: a separate bedroom with a double bed and storage, a living area with the sofa beds, the dining table and the kitchen along one side, a private bathroom, and the terrace opening off the living room towards the lagoon pool. At 26 m² it is a compact apartment by British standards, planned for four rather than five, and the separate bedroom is what most guests come for. A bedroom you can close
Put the children to bed in the living area and keep the bedroom, or the reverse: the door is the feature no studio can offer. The double bed is a French double, so expect a standard double rather than a king.
Air conditioning, both ways
The unit is reversible: cool in July and August, warm in March for MIPIM or in November. Each apartment has its own remote, so the temperature is yours to set.
The pool from the terrace
The terrace overlooks the lagoon pool, with its beach entry and water slide, and the gardens. Between 1 April and 31 October you can watch the children from your chair, then walk down; Café Bleu serves lunch and drinks beside the water in the same season.
Self-catering without a car
Shops and a supermarket are 300 m away on foot, the beach 100 m. The kitchen has a hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything for four; the dishwasher alone changes a family week.

Four guests, not five: how the beds add up
The apartment is sold for up to four people: two in the double bed, two on the sofa beds in the living room, with a trundle bed as a spare for a small child. If you are five, book the one-bedroom sea-view apartment, which sleeps five, or a two-bedroom apartment.
Kitchen, laundry and the things you would ask about
The kitchen is equipped for real cooking: hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pans and crockery, plus washing-up basics. An iron and board and a vacuum cleaner are in the apartment. A safe can be requested. There is no washing machine listed for this category, so plan laundry accordingly.
Plugs, tipping, tax
